Carrot- 1 grated
Capsicum- 1 finely chopped.
Onion -1 medium size finely
Green chilly-1 finely chopped
Garlic – 2 flakes finely chopped.
Ginger- ½”piece chopped finely
Black pepper- ½ tsp
Cheese- 3 cubes (grated)
Tomato sauce-1 tbsp
Chilly sauce -1/2 tsp
Salt- according to taste
Coriander- 1tsp finely chopped
Fresh mint- 1tsp finely chopped

Procedure: Mix the entire ingredient in a bowl. Now spread butter thoroughly in the bread slices
and put the stuffing inside. Now heat 1 tbsp of butter
and shallow fry the sandwiches. Serve with tomato garlic sauce.
