I believe that art of cooking is beyond recipes it comes form the heart of the one who cooks. I think a good cook speaks out his or her untold words in the recipes, sometimes we don’t find word to show our love and emotion for our loved ones, in those times some well prepared and well garnished food speaks all for you. From time immemorial food have played such vital role to build up strong bonds between hearts. But as we know that in today’s fast and speedy life we have to take care of our heart and so have to avoid those oily and fat contained foods. But when in weekends our heart turn a little liberal for those grown up kids (I hope you understand whom I am talking about ) . So this recipe is for those who want to be a little liberal this weekends.
Chicken 1 medium size cut into pieces
Onion 1 large
Garlic 6 flakes
Green chilly 4
Ginger 1 inch piece
Cinnamon ½ inch
Cumin seed ½ tsp
Coriander seed ½ tsp
Tomatoes 100grms peeled and pureed
Chicken stock 1 cup
Grated cheese as your heart permit
Salt according to your taste
Chilly powder according to your taste (optional)
First of all take onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in your grinder and make a fine paste. Now ground the cinnamon, clove , cardamom, cumin and the coriander seed finely. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese in chicken. Left this marinated chicken for 10 min. After that put the chicken in a baking dish sprinkle grated cheese at the top and bake it for 1 hr in a moderate oven or until the chicken is tender.
