HOW TO SHINE IN YEAR 2009
New year 2009 is all about shimmer and sparkle. Know some simple ways to shine in health and happiness this year and live a charming life full of joy and love.
Though we take it for granted but food plays a very important role not to nurture our body but our soul too. So eat pulses as they are rich in protein. Also have 250gm fruits for antioxidants. To detoxify your system take ten glass of water everyday , aloe vera juice is also good .
With stress related life- style diseases on a high, let’s listen to our body and mind.Take at least 30min walk to increase your blood circulation. Try out Yoga and if you want something more exciting then join kick boxing it will act as a good stress buster.
Keep the mind at peace to get that instant glow. Deep breathing for at least 10 minutes relax your mind as well your body. All work and no sleep make no help so make sure to take 8 hrs sleep as it rejuvenates the system.
Get your body to send positive vibration. It is not always your look that put impact on other person but your total personality.. So this year spread the aura of your positive vibes. Let your cheering smiles, your kind looks shine every where you visit.
