It is also the time to unload all those calories from our system that we merrily chew down during holidays(ha ha). It’s time to turn to those healthy foods. Fresh green vegetable are like good friends who came to rescue when you feel a slight guilt for all those sinful delights. So last night I cooked some green vegetables with fresh dill leaves and enjoyed a delicious healthy dinner which I would love to share with you.

Then add the boiled potato, lemon juice , lemon zest and the fresh dill leaves and mix well. Adjust seasoning and my delicious stir fried green vegetable is ready to serve.
