Chicken 500 gram boneless cut into bite size cubes cooked Red bell pepper 1 diced Yellow bell pepper 1 diced Green bell pepper 1 diced Onion 1 big diced Garlic 6 to 8 chopped Red chilly flakes 1/2 tea spoon Tomato ketchup 11/2 tablespoon Rosemary 1/4 tea spoon Thyme 1/4 teaspoon Oregano 1/2 tea spoon Basil 1/2 teaspoon Chopped fresh cilantro and mint leaves handful Sugar a pinch (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil/ vegetable oil 3 table spoon Lemon juice 1tablespoon
Its true that the list of ingredients is bit long but believe me this dish take hardly ten minutes to prepare. Heat oil in a pan and then add chopped garlic and chili flakes stir and then to it add diced opinion and bell peppers toss and stir for a minute and then add the chicken stir for another five minutes then add tomato ketchup and all the herbs and salt pepper with pinch of sugar if using. Now toss well add the chopped cilantro and mint mix well then add the lemon juice. Put off the flame. Cover the lid of the pan and give 10 minutes standing time so that all the flavors get well blended. Now serve this with your favorite bread.
