By now you one fact is clear to all my friends and readers that I am bit crazy about pasta. I try out pasta in different ways from simple to exotic with different kinds of sauce and ingredients. Today I will share with you very simple yet very delicious pasta recipe with fried onion. This recipe is healthy and easy to cook.
Pasta 1 cup cooked French beans 6 to 8 blanched Onion 1 sliced Tomato puree 2 table spoon Almond flakes 1 table spoon Grated cheese 1 tea spoon Diet butter/ olive oil 1 table spoon Sugar two pinch Salt and pepper to taste
Toast almond flakes in a pan. Then keep aside. Now in that pan heat ¼ tea spoon of diet butter and toss the blanched whole French beans with pinch of salt and pepper, keep aside. Then heat another 1/4 th teaspoon of butter then fry the sliced onion with a little pinch of salt till transparent, keep aside. Then give another ¼ tea spoon of butter toss the pasta with salt and pepper. Keep it in a bowl. Now add the remaining butter to your pan ,heat and add tomato puree, salt, pepper and sugar and 4 table spoon of water or stock. Mix well and your sauce is ready. Now assemble all the ingredients in your serving plate. First make a bed of French bean then above it place the pasta, then fried onion. Then sprinkle grated cheese and sauce over the whole thing, now top this dish with toasted almond flakes. This dish has it all …. softness, crunchiness, and nuttiness.
