Beet root 3 cut into thick strips (blanched) Tofu 6 to 8 cut into thick strips Green peas hand full (blanched) Garlic paste ½ tsp Coconut powder 1tsp Peanut powder 2tsp Basil and oregano ½ tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Olive oil 2tsp Salt and pepper to tasteProcedure: Take a non stick pan and heat 1tsp of oil. Then slightly fry the tofu and keep aside. Now heat another teaspoon of oil then add the garlic paste. Now add the beet root toss for a minute. Then add green peas, tofu, coconut powder, peanut powder, basil, oregano salt and pepper. Toss and mix well. Then add lemon juice and mix well. Put off the flame and have yummy tofu beetroot with bread rolls.
