Boar’s Head Inside Out Chipotle Chicken Salad (Sponsored Video)

I am sharing one such delicious salad recipe with you and I am sure you will love it.

Inside Out Chipotle Chicken Salad

  • 2tbsp Boar's Head Deli Dressing
  • 3 slices Boar's Head 3 Pepper Colby Jack
  • 3 slices Boar's Head Chipotle Chicken
  • 1cup baby arugula , loosely packed
  • 3 toothpicks
Cooking Directions
  1. Lay chicken slices on a clean, flat work surface. Place one piece of cheese on top of each chicken slice.
  2. Toss Arugula lightly with Deli Dressing and place in middle of each piece of cheese.
  3. Starting at one end, tightly roll up chicken and cheese to enclose Arugula. Use toothpick to secure roll; repeat for remaining slices.
