Easy Schezwan Fish

Szechuan cuisine is a style of Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan province in southwestern China. It has bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of the Sichuan pepper.Today I am sharing with you a delicious but easy to make schezwan recipe with fish.I am sure you will love the easy to make colorful dish.

Easy Schezwan Fish

  • 2 fish steak
  • 1 tomato cubed
  • 1 onion cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper cubed
  • 4 to 5 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 2 tsp oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Directions
  1. In a pan heat oil and then slightly fry the fish with little salt and pepper. Keep aside. Now again heat another teaspoon of oil. In a high flame add garlic. Fry a little then add onion tomato and green bell pepper. Add salt and pepper. Toss in high flame for few minutes. Then Add the fried fish. Add schezwan sauce. Toss for few minutes. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
