Whenever we talk about desserts we became bit conscious for all those sinful ingredients added to it, but today I am going to share with you a delicious tangy dessert recipe which is completely fat free. This delicious lemon granita aren’t made with any commercial ingredients it’s totally homemade and so the flavors shine through. With this tangy lemon granita a super delicious healthy cook book for all of you. So Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Water 2 cups Sugar ½ cup Lemon juice 8 table spoon Ginger juice 1 table spoon Lemon rind 1 tea spoon For garnish Lemon wedge 2 Fresh dill leaves 1 Dry roasted fennel seeds few
Procedure:
First add sugar to water in a heavy bottomed pan. Over a low heat stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil then remove from heat and let it cool . Once cool , add ginger juice, lemon juice and lemon rind and mix well. Pour the mixture in a shallow freezer container and let in freeze for about 3 hours. Now in blender blend this syrup and make small granules of ice. Gently scoop this lemon ice in you serving glass and garnish with lemon rind, lemon wedges , fresh dill leaves and dry roasted fennel seeds and serve immediately. I think you will love these sweet flavored ices.
