Sweet And Sour Beans
Ingredients
- 3 cups canned or boiled Red kidney beans
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp sweet garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp cheese grated
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp butter/ diet butter
- to taste salt and pepper
- Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic paste. Stir and cook and then add the tomato puree. Stir and cook till little dry then add the red kidney beans. Stir and cook til they are well mixed. Now add the grated cheese, salt and pepper, ,sweet garlic sauce. Mix well. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add lemon juice. Mix well and put off the flame. Now garnish with finely chopped onion. Relish with bread rolls.
