Fruit n Egg Crackers
Ingredients
- 6 cream crackers
- 3 egg yolk hard boiled
- 12 thin slices of apple
- 6 grapes
- 3 tbsp Indian cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley/ coriander/ mint leaves
Cooking Directions
- In a small bowl mix black salt, pepper and roasted cumin. Keep aside.
- In a bowl mix Indian cottage cheese, cream cheese, tomato sauce and mustard sauce. Mix very well. Keep aside.
- Now take the cream crackers, make a small layer of cottage cheese, then top with hard boiled egg yolk. Garnish with grapes and apple slices. Sprinkle mixed spices prepared earlier and then sprinkle little green of your choice. Your healthy delicious finger food is ready to serve.
