1 big  onion chopped

2 carrots  chopped

 skinless chicken breast

 cups chicken broth / vegetable broth

/4 can coconut milk 

 salt (o to taste) 
Hand full of chopped cilantro/ parsley
Instructions :

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to a big soup pot with the olive oil and sauté over medium heat until the onions are gentle and translucent.

Once the onions are gentle, add the turmeric, cumin, and pepper powder. Sauté for approximately minute extra to toast the spices. Add the carrots and celery and sauté for a few minutes extra, or just till they begin to melt.

Add the chicken breast n salt to the pot along with the broth. Place a lid at the pot, flip the heat as much as medium-high, and bring the broth to a boil. Once boiling, flip the warmth right down to medium-low, and let the broth simmer for 30 minutes.
